Phaidon authors introduced their books at events in the US and Europe

Our celebrated authors and global superstars were out on the road in the US and Europe in recent weeks with Linda Evangelista, Massimo Bottura, Dr. Todd Boyd, and Magnus Resch all appearing at ecstatically received events to promote their books Linda Evangelista Photographed by Steven Meisel, Slow Food Fast Cars, How To Collect Art, and Rapper's Deluxe: How Hip Hop Made The World.
The EDITION Hotel in West Hollywood hosted How To Collect Art author Magnus Resch in conversation with two of the book's numerous collaborators, art world multi-hyphenate Jeffrey Deitch and art collector Pamela Joyner, during Frieze LA with Stefan Simchowitz and Hilde Lynn Helphenstein in attendance.

Magnus had earlier launched his book tour in Miami at the Institute of Contemporary Art. After an interesting opening presentation, Magnus engaged in some great dialogue with art collector and former professional football player for the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins, Byron Jones. Questions were taken from the audience followed by a book signing, and a reception.

Meanwhile, over in Paris for Fashion Week, the chic new fashionable bookshop and gallery Saint Laurent Babylone hosted Linda Evangelista for a book signing.

Back to the States and at the Broad, Los Angeles, Rapper's Deluxe author Dr. Todd Boyd joined Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, icon and hip-hop legend Chuck D for a very lively discussion on the book's many and varied themes. Once again, the discussion was followed by a well-received book signing.

The final installment in Resy’s Slow Food, Fast Cars Dinner Series took place at Gucci Osteria in Beverly Hills and dishes included Massimo Bottura’s signature lasagne and cheesecake, served with illy coffee.
